Sorpotel is a Portuguese originated dish but a delicacy in Goa. This is red pork meat curry that is tangy and spicy at the same time.  I mainly use chicken livers with pork belly marinated and slow cooked and simmered over time to make it taste as authentic as it was back then at home.
